Office Policies
Financial: We are more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you to help you recover the most from your benefits. We always work with patients and their insurance to ensure our patients reach their best dental health.
Cancellation: If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 business hours notice so that we can offer the appointment time to another patient. A $100 per hour fee will be charged to patients who do not show up for an appointment or provide insufficient advance cancellation notice.
Insurance Information: At Springbrook Dental we accept all insurances, but we are only in-network or a preferred provider with Delta Dental. As a service to our patients who would like to use their insurance benefits (regardless of being in or out of network), we will contact your insurance company to find out what your coverage is. We will then inform you which procedures will be covered by your insurance (if any) and give you an estimate of what your out-of-pocket costs will likely be. In addition, we are happy to file your claims on your behalf.
We do our very best to give you an accurate estimate for all treatment. However, insurance plans are constantly changing and updating, so giving a precise estimate cannot always be guaranteed.
New Patients: We ask for insurance information at least 48 hours before your first appointment. If this is not possible we cannot verify your insurance and give you an accurate estimate. If this is the case, we may need to collect the full payment and reimburse you once the insurance is collected.
